About this course

Alexis Bowater and Chris Jenkins play important roles in the Venus Awards and as a key sponsor of the Venus Awards for 2014 and 2015 – Sampson Hall are delighted to collaborate with them in bringing this opportunity for personal development to Business Women in Plymouth and beyond.

“Most of us have trouble juggling. The woman who says she doesn’t is someone whom I admire but hve never met.”

Barbara Walters, broadcast journalist and author

This day is designed to offer women a fantastic opportunity of working together with like-minded individuals, sharing ideas, supporting one another, enthusing, inspiring and motivating each other. It offers women in business the opportunity of addressing some of the realities and difficulties in juggling work and home life.

You will leave with processes to help you manage your time, communicate effectively with staff and clients and work on your own personal development as a leader.

The day will be fun, dynamic and interactive and will offer each participant great personal development opportunities whilst developing confidence and self-esteem.

You will be challenged to move out of your comfort zone in a supportive environment so that everyone gets the best out of themselves.

Sampson Hall are business experts who will take you through our proven exercises. Classroom learning will be enhanced and reinforced with fun and practical activities, as an integral part of the day.

All of our workshops are designed to offer an instant return on investment. Candidates return to work with new ideas and tools that you they will be able to utilise immediately. Delegates will learn:
